Microwave Baked Apple

I have been obsessed with these lately, so i thought I'd share, and I apologize if everyone's already seen :-)
1- .cut up an apple into bite size pieces (I used a gala)
2- add, 1tsp brown sugar
3- add 1-2 tsp of cinnamon
4- I tossed the bowl around a little to coat
5- cook in the microwave for 2 minutes
This was less than 100 calories with my gala apple :-)
