Please post your favorite HCG recipes here. As we know things can get boring easily on the plan so if we can post all the recipes we like here then we can switch things up once in a while.

Jay Robb Chocolate Whey Protein Shake + Blue Diamond Vanilla Almond Milk (unsweetened) sweetened with Xylitol tastes great! I forgot how good this stuff is, like having a chocolate smoothie in the mornings. 170 total calories. 3g Fat. 11 carbs. 26g Protein.

The Xylitol doesnt cause any weight gain and it sweetens just as good as regular sugar.

  • I would be weary of any diet that sends you into starvation mode.

    Are you on the HCG protocol?

    When in starvation mode your body clings to the fat, refusing to release it because it wants to store it since it does not know when it will be eating again-again when in starvation mode.

    When in fat burning mode/ketosis, your body drops the weight. Ketosis is suppose to be a physical state in which the body is consuming fat which is the stage where I am right now. I am losing weight at a rate of 1-2lbs a day so I am not in "starvation mode". Hope that helps!
