Can you lose while on SSRI?

I want to count calories to lose weight. Has anyone used this system while on SSRI(I'm on lexapro) and it was possible to lose weight?

    Yes, of course you can!

    I'm also on Lexapro- and the problem mainly comes to eating less than you take in - and keeping moving! Lexapro definitely makes me hungrier:)

    But as long as in is less than out, you'll do great!

    Thanks so much for asking this question - I too am on Lexapro and the combination of that and quitting smoking was NOT beneficial to my weight!! It's good to know that weight loss is still doable on that med in particular :)
