About 5 weeks ago I made a commitment to start eating better and exercising more. I found this app on my i-phone about 3 weeks ago and it has made it very easy for me to keep track of my calorie intake as well as the calories I have burned. It is exciting to go on the treadmill and work out then log my calories. If I was bored before I would surf the internet or go on facebook, now i go on the treadmill and watch tv. So far I am very pleased with the results, my sw was 158 my cw is 147 and my gw is 125. It is definately within reach now!!!
