Hey everyone!
During holydays I gained some weight, but I' afraid most of it may be water weight, so I'd like to lose it. Any tips?
I'm drinking a couple of parsley tea and it has worked, but it's so hot in here, that tea isn't so nice.. :P
I also drink between 1.5lt to 2lt of water everyday (or al least I try)..
what other tips do you have? thank you!

From what I have read, watch your Sodium intake and I am not recommending but they do have all natural herb diuretics that will help you reduce water weight.0
