I am new to this site and I cannot understand how to add exercise. When it asks for how long, I entered 60 for minutes and the wrong calories came up. What am I doing wrong?

you can change the amoun of calories just by clicking in the box and adding in whatever is correct.
I realized when I do the eliptical with no tension then the calories are correct, but if I do a higher tension, obviously I burn more, so I just put in what the machine says. Of course its not SCIENCE so its not EXACT but it helps.0 -
Thank you. I think I have the hang of it now.0
