I have lost 25 lbs today 
I am so proud of my self. I thought I would never weigh 285 lbs again! I went to the store the other day and picked up a 17lb bag of dog food and couldn't believe I was functioning with that much weight on my 5'5 frame! Here's to the next 105 lbs to go!
