I am doing a boot camp workout that is cardio and ....I don't know what else. We go for an hour and we change between jogging, walking squats, strengthing, jump roping, various cardio stuff. I have no idea how many calories I am burning. Any suggestions?

see if there's a high intensity aerobics class listed in the exercise. If not, google how many calories are burned in a typical boot camp class... it's around 600 or more I believe... and create a new entry with your best educated guess0

If you can afford it invest in a HR monitor. They have several that will tell you your calories burned. I have a strapless one right now. I want to get the Polar F6 that I hear people talking so much about. It has a chest strap which means it will be more accurate than my strapless but at least I try to take me HR everytime I start a new activity that way I try to be as accurate as I possibly can.
