Hi Everyone...I created my account sometime ago, and did really well for 2 weeks(posting excerise and meals). I need to find a way to become more consistent in using this tool. Sometime I forget, and other times I am just lazy. How did y'all stay focus, and remained motivated to acheive your weight loss goals?

  • I remind myself i am worth living and a healthy life and My son is my biggest motivation, I want to stick around for a long time. I log after every single meal and snack.
