I am new to this! Help!

Been trying to diet since January and keep coming back to my fitness pal.
It helps me be accountable for my food intake everyday.
want to lose at least 20 lbs, so far only 4!

    I'm learning that the trick is to keep getting back on the horse. It's getting easier and easier to stay on now that I'm using MFP. Good job! Keep your head up!

    GW: 130 by my 30th birthday (August 26th)

    Celebrate those pounds that are now gone. Cuz those babies are gone FOREVER!! With the changes in lifestyle and encouragement that we receive from each other, we will succeed in losing the excess weight and ..drum roll please... keeping it off!
