I started an amazing book a few months ago,but lost steam and never finished. You work on the 4 important areas of your life-
Health,Finances,Home and Weight. Each week it gives you something to work on.For example in week one you start drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day,start saving $2 a day(that is a cup of coffee or a magazine or a pack of cigarettes),clean out one drawer,cabinet or closet every week and walk 20 minutes a day. You add new things every week for 10 weeks. I would really like to turn my life around and work on my whole person. My weight is only part of my battle.
I would like to start on the 1st of May and would love to have a few people to do it with me. I picked up my book at half priced books for less than $5. It is called Simple Steps 10 Weeks to Getting Control of Your Life
