I will make these tonight to make sure that they are as amazing as they sound but here is the recipie I just found online.

1 cup sugar
1 whole egg
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
(I will be adding some chocolate chips or something for a little extra YUM! I mean it IS valentines day after all! )

Put everything in a bowl to mix or a food processor to make it quicker. Mix well. Scoop out a tablespoon of dough at a time and place on tray. Using fork make lines across the top if desired. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes!! And if you use low fat peanut butter you can still have yummy peanut butter cookies with fewer calories. =) enjoy!

This is the recipe that I use also. The cookies are amazing!!!

I wonder if we could substitute splenda for the sugar though...

I've used this same recipe for close to 30 years! It's so simple and really good. The only down side is that I almost always have all the ingredients on hand.
