I love it when I find a recipe that fills me up and doesn't hurt my diet!!!! So I have to share this. Hope you all enjoy! :)

6 egg whites
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
1 cup oatmeal
1-2 scoops protein powder (any kind EXCEPT egg white, can be chocolate or vanilla but I used vanilla)

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Then just cook on stove like regular pancakes. Med heat, 4-5 minutes each side worked for me. 3 of these kept me fuller way longer than my regular oatmeal or eggs and toast breakfast does!!

This sounds great but like valbar61 asked...did you calculate the calories and if so, what did you come up with?
    Thanks!

Okay, just calculated. Entire recipe is 775 calories and 106 grams of protein. I made 6 large pancakes so thats approx 130 calories each and approx 18 grams of protein per cake. 2 filled me up!

I better make this one when no one is looking, not sure how my family would feel about the cottage cheese being in there! Sounds great to me though!
