Eating enough fiber and drinking enough water helps with belly bulge..... also taking a supplement of acidophilus.

Cardio is the only real way to burn the fat. Running. More running. Sorry, no easy way to lose that belly fat! Mine's coming off, slowly, but it's definitely shrinking!!!

lay on your back and lay flat.....raise your legs then every five lifts, hold it there for a count of 15 and do like three reps.

Actually doing just crunches will not get rid of the stomach. Cardio is essential for losing that buldge as is an over all core workout. Planks, crunches, side planks, bicycle crunches... another one that works really well is lay on your back, knees bent, palms facing out, and reach in toward ankles.. go from side to side.

Watch your sugar intake, yes that means liquore too. I have always been told ," the first place you put it on is the last place you take it off". Is that true for anyone eles? My arms and face are slow to slim downand the first to get full.
  • its not that i dont do crunches or cardio but im just not seeing results from it in my stomach so i was hoping there was something else i was missing. Mabe im not being patient enough.... Thanks guys!

    you can't spot reduce.

you can do crunches all day long, but if it's sitting under the belly fat, you won't see it.

work on reducing your body fat percentage :)
