Hi EVeryone:) Time for our weekly weigh in. I can't believe we're already at week 3! I hope everyone had a great week:)

Week 2 171...Boo! I gained 2 Pounds back:(
Week 3 169.2...Lost the weight I gained *smiling from ear to ear*

Ok so I made a boo boo and put my starting weight as 167 when actually I was 157 - doing myself no favours!!!! :blushing:

sigh...I may fail this challenge..... I am maintaining...AGAIN..at 169.0 ...BAH....My clothes are fitting better but the numbers arent budging!!! Good job on everyones success so far!!!!0

I surpassed my GW of losing 10 lbs. However, it doesn't help that I was REALLY sick yesterday with all the symptoms that come along with the stomach flu. :sick:

I didn't meet my goal of a pound this last week but I lost another .6 of a pound. Every little bit counts, right?
I am down a total of 4.8 pounds. I need to step it up to reach the 10 pounds by March 1st.

What can I say... Valentines Day and my 10 year anniversary with my high school sweetheart - We went out of town and to a buffet and I haven't worked out since Friday .. so I expected worse but I went out and bought my healthy stuff and am starting SlimFast this week to get a little boost!
I am hoping to lose at least 2lbs this week0 -

So at least I maintained since I was sick 5 of the 7 days since the last weigh in I only got to exercise 1 day of the 7. Boo So hopefully I can get started again in a few days. After I can get over shortness of breath and coughing spell going up a flight of stairs.
