Well, I'm trying this losing weight thing.... again. This time I think I've going in a little wiser than the last times. I've always tried to dramatically change my eating habits and lifestyle. But I've learned that that just isn't going to work. Maybe for a week or two at best, but not in the long run. I think changing the way I am gradually... or tweaking myself..... is really going to be what does it. Won't be as fast as I'd like, but I have no set time limit so it's not like I'm going to fail to beat the clock.
I hope I fit in with you guys and can actually do what I've seen many others do on here, and that's make myself feel better about myself. ^_^

Hi Lorelei! Welcome to MFP. It's the best decision you have made on your way to "right." I totally agree about the gradual change in habits. I'm all about gentle exposure. Welcome Lorelei. You can do it. Just stick with it and even if you have a setback, just get back on track and focused and it will happen. MFP is a great site, lots of interesting and motivational reading.
