I have been working out for about 3 weeks. my legs areso soar. what can i do?

Stretching and epsom salt baths.0

Stretch and Yoga works. Nothing like a downward dog to get those calfs and hammys stretched.0

Make sure you are VERY hydrated and eat Bananas for Potassium. And don't forget to stretch! Your body will adjust eventually0

They can fly?!? Ha sorry I had to!
Maybe some aspercreme or a hot bath and kind of deep rub them while you're in there. Also, more light stretching.0 -
I echo everyone else here: Stretch, and then stretch some more. It really does help, but I know how hard it is to do. When you have a limited amount of time to workout, you want to use it to burn those calories.0

Warm up before your workouts then stretch after your workouts. Do some yoga once a week. You may also be over doin your leg workouts.0
