Well, my workout didn't last as long as I meant it to or thought it would....what kind of at-home exercizes do you do...I would love any ideas! Thank you:)

Sometimes I just turn on some music and dance like a fool....if you really get into it you can burn some major calories. I also do lots of squats/lunges/pushups during commercials....0

TaeBo Video Workout with Billy Blanks is good. Also if you have Netflix...it has some great workouts on there as well.0

I got some workout dvds from walmart (9$ each) I like to do them because you can get better at the moves each time you do them. At 9$ each you can get a few different ones0

zumba video.Thats if u like to dance.It's alot of fun.I lost 10 pounds doing zumba in 2 months.0
