Gum or Hard Candy!!!

I'm trying to find simple alternatives on what to snack on when I get those late night cravings... It seems like i chew gum non stop.. then i switched to lolipops..
Does anyone have any helpful suggestions??? I work out at night so when i get home from working my butt off i get hungry.. but, i don't want to eat anything heavy late at night...

    Try frozen blueberries or cherries. I also add a tbsp of peanut butter! Yum and good for you!

    Also don't worry about eating late at night. I eat late every night. It is just a myth that you shouldn't eat late at night. As long as you stay within your calorie range you will be fine. You should definitely eat some protein after a hard workout.
