Woke up early this morning to hit the gym before work with eliptical work and did another 20 minutes when I got home to decompress. Total calories burned this week 663. Good job to everyone else too.0

This morning's workout brought me to 1081/3000. I am on track with my goal! (I don't work out on Sunday's) I just hope I can keep up this pace. I normally am around 2000 for the week!0

Don't worry about everyone else. You are doing great! One day at a time. The less you have to lose the less your calorie burn will be. I have taken circuit training course on Mon. and Tues. to get the high calorie burn (500+). Tomorrow I am planning on just some cardio so my number will be around 400. Stay motivated!!0 -
Oh no! I might have to change my goal. I think I have strep throat we will find out after my Dr appointment. Either way, I feel gross.0
