How many calories does Jillian Michaels' video "6 Week 6 Pack burn? It's 40 minutes long and the exercises are intense, they are what is listed in the subject line. I am so sweaty after this workout, about as sweaty as a 30 minute 5mph run. Thanks! I know the only way to truly tell is to buy a HRM. Any estimations?

    I have yet to do that video, when doing her 30 day shred level 2 with my hrm I burn 300-400 calories. I plan to try it tomorrow, i will let you know

    Thank you so much, you don't have any idea how much I appreciate that. I am very excited to see the results! I have only done it once since I joined MFP because I want to put the exact amount (I obviously need an HRM) I estimated 110 I think but I know that's waaaaaaaay wrong!
