Is the biggest looser diet good for a all year weight loss and not a quick fix? and does it actually work, was thinking of buyin their book to help me but i dont want to be wasting money if it wont work :) x

    Go to the library and check them out ! I have used alot of great ideas from them !

    Hire the book out of the library or buy a used copy on Amazon and if you don't like it, sell it back.

    I have the Biggest Loser Jumpstart Book and the cookbook. I like them both but if you're looking for a plan to follow I wouldn't buy them. The JumpStart plan is very expensive to maintain because you have to buy so many ingredients. It does have good advice and exercises though. However, if you're looking for recipes, they are both great books for delicious, healthy recipes!!
