Body Fat Percentage

So I recently (this morning) took a body fat percentage test

The results were good: I have 18% body fat, 26.6 pounds of fat and 121.4 lean muscle.
I thought they were good anyways, do you think this is accurate? Is this good?
Anyone have any idea about these types of tests.
I haven't lost any serious weight in about 2 months now, but I feel leaner and more fit then I have in months.
Opinions?

No it's not accurate because just by measurements, you can't tell how much is fat and how much is muscle.0

Not accurate at all. the best is to do Hydrostatic Testing. The next best is the caliper test, followed by other methods.0

It may not be 100% accurate but whatever method you use ensure that you recreate the same conditions for each weigh in and use it as a guide line.0

When I was in the military we used to use the tape measurement method and it turned out to be accurate within 3 - 5 percent; when compared to callipers.0 -
Thanks everyone! I do not have access to such tests and my doctor wants 150$'s to do the test! I just wanted an estimate. I appreciate all your feedback!0
