In the orange shirt I was 375 and in my 2 full length pics I am now 273.8 WOOOOO WHOOOOOO!!!!

The only piece of exercise equipment I have used is the Arc 750AT trainer. I love Cybex and im going to win your ARC!

    Wow! You are an inspiration. Congratulations! I just started 3 days ago. I need to lose 140 pounds. My doctor wants me to lose in 10% increments. So, I was really inspired to see your post. Due to some injuries I received the only exercise I can do is walking.

    I am 5'11 I think the HIIT training left me keep alot of muscle and also add.
