I was so sick on Valentine's Day through yesterday. I had all the symptoms that come along with having the stomach flu. :sick: No good! So, I'm sure some of my weight loss stemmed from that. However, I feel 100% better now. So, I will be able to lose weight a "healthier way" this week. :happy:0 -

Hello! I've had the best week in a long time!! I'm so surprised I lost almost 4 pounds. I have to admit I've become a little obsessed with entering any food and exercise into the MFP Droid App. I love it! But it's driving my BF a little crazy... but he's very supportive (and my new gym buddy :happy: ).
