looking for bosu ball exercises

i tried searching the boards for bosu ball exercises but all I found were squats or people raving about the bosu ball, so I thought I'd try a new post.
I am looking for recommendations on exercises I can do on a bosu ball. Yesterday I thought I'd give it a try and did squats and lunges on it without any weights, and I liked the challenge, so I'm looking for more variations. Anyone have suggestions or links to websites?

    Search for bosu ball on youtube there are loads of videos on there of different exercises.

    They are also good for core work - sit in a V shape on the ball and pull in and/or lower your legs while keeping your back straight. You should put your arms behind your hips for support. You can also do dumbell exercises for your arms while sitting or standing on the ball which challenges your balance and forces you to engage the core.

    I love the Bosu. I wish I could afford one right now. I like to do side crunches on them (the flat part down). Make sure your body is straight and your chest is up, and you'll feel it in your obliques.

    I also like to do mountain climbers to jump. Put the Bosu round side up. Put your hands on it and run with your feet. Do 10 (each step is counted as 1) and then jump up, reaching your arms up over your head. Then go back down and do 10 more. Do a total of 3 sets of 10.

    Push ups using the flat side up. Put your hands on each side of the bosu and do as many push ups as you can.

    There are lots of things you can do with the bosu. I would definitely look up videos to see how they are done. Hope my descriptions were understandable.
