So I have this app, I downloaded it when I downloaded the myfitnesspal app. It has some good things on it, including a forum section, i got on that at first, but then stopped as it is really just a place where kids can go and talk dirty to each other and BS about nothing. Anyway, they have diets on there, like meal plans for like a week, including a grocery shopping list so you can buy all the ingredients. They do have some really bad fad diets, like 3 days of just 600 calories, but they also have some good ones, with 1200-1300 calories per day. Has anyone had any experience with these diets? It seems ok to me, but im learning slowly here and would like a second opinion, im slowly finding out that some things that I thought were "healthy" are really bad for you

I've been using Diet2Go app for a while now, and my opinion is it is very useful. I like the diet list, you can choose from variety of diets and pick the one that most suits you. Reminders are great, you never forget when and what to eat, grocery lists are cool feature, excellent tips and tricks. Forum is the best part of the app for me - People on forum are GREAT, and I'm 29 years old. They give you great support and motivation, lots of information your recieve from them about weight loss. So basically Diet2Go has been a great support to me on my weight loss journey.0

Thanks, good to know. Im going to be starting the tasty healthy diet tomorrow, so im using the grocery shopping list for when i go shopping tonight. Ive really fallen off the wagon lately and havent been losing any weight, its because im not eating enough and i find it hard mostly because i find it hard to plan my meals and adding the calories exactly myself so i figured i can try this. My goal of losing 45lbs by may isnt going to happen with us being mid february already but i still have some time to lose something. i will try to get back on the forum again, i guess the ones i stumbled across were not the best ones, but i will give it a go again. Thanks for the advice!0
