    tough day today, trying to limit the carbs, apparently if you want to lose weight you should limit carbs to between 20 - 70 grams today - but unless you eat just meat (which is high in calories) it's nigh on impossible, have eaten healthy all day and already gone over :-(((

    Oh well, at least the healthy eating would have done me good :-))

    Carbs in the day time, proteins in the evenings. That's how I am tryinggggg to eat.

    I love London but I do prefer to live a bit further out now I have a kid, It's lovely where we are, quiet but not too far out :smile:
