    yep.

    even if this does initially cause weightloss, it's not going to be sustainable, and i HIGHLY doubt it's healthy for you. just keep chugging along with diet and excercise -- it's a long slow road, but it will get you where you want to go. good luck!

    There is no magic pill or patch or drink (believe me, I've probably tried them all). The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your diet, eat good foods, and exercise. PERIOD...

    if it was that easy there would be no need for exercise or eating healthy.if it sounds to good to be true it usally is.
