Need Ideas for Meals Under 500 Calories...PLEASE

Hi! I'm new here. My hubby & I have been eating healthier since January 1 & I'm glad to say we've lost some weight. I'm running out of ideas for low cal meals 500 calories and less. Any ideas? Especially easy vegetarian meals. Thanks!

I just made this Provencal Beef Stew in my slow-cooker (http://www.kraftcanada.com/en/recipes/slow-cooker-provencal-beef-stew-119025.aspx)
370 calories per serving, and who doesn't get full on stew!0 -

There are tofu noodles - sounded gross to me - that are like fettuccini or spaghetti noodles but only 40 calories for the whole bag! I buy mine at Sprouts or Central Market in the refrigerated section - they come in a bag filled with water and the noodles. With that I can add cheeses to make fetuccini alfredo and some vegetables, or sauce for spaghetti.....check out the Hungry Girl website, that's where I heard of it!0

I made a flat bread pizza with Flatout bread topped with some jarred marinara, cheese, mushrooms, and turkey pepperoni. It was around 400 calories. Making it vegetarian will make it even lower in calories! It's great and totally satisfied my pizza craving. Just bake the flat bread for a bit in the oven so that it's crispy and doesn't get soggy when you put the toppings then bake it.0

For vegan meals...look for Appetite for Reduction (by Isa can't spell her last name...she wrote Vegan with a Vengeance). You can always make it into a vegetarian meal...easy substitution
For simple meals...look at Hungry Girl meals (both book and online...). There are many awesome meals for under 500.0 -
