How many calories in ground beef?

Hey friends- can someone please tell me how many calories would be in 1/2 cup of 85% lean ground beef? I don't have a food scale yet. Thanks!

  i believe that it is 190 calories.

  190 seems about right, maybe a little low...but in the right ballpark.
