I heard today that Weight Watchers doesn't count fruits and veggies as points on there plan. Obviously I am not doing WW, but was wondering if everyone counts their fruits and veggies. I do, but was wondering what others opinions on it are. Thanks =)

count them. If you eat 3 large apples, it's still about 300 calories. Granted, that's better than eating the equivalent in junk food, but it makes a difference if you're consistently over calories every day because of it.

Count them for sure! They have calories, carbs and some have protein, not to mention vitamins!

I count mine! If you eat too much during the day then add on top Fruits or some veggies, it can definately put you over the edge! :)
  • Count everything so you'll become aware of what you put in your mouth. Most people don't even realize just how many "empty" calories we eat in a day.

WOW, I eat heaps of fruit and veg and if I didn't count them I'd never loose weight here. That makes sence now why I didn't loose weight with weight watchers: thanks :) A banana is 100 cals, a cup of fruit is 100, so if you add those all up in the day if you are eating them as snacks, they REALLY add up. Count them honey, or your bum won't get any smaller than it is now.
  • Thanks everyone! =) I wonder why WW doesn't count them, but I do want to count everything that I put in my mouth or else I would not be loosing anything.
