hi everyone!

My name is Amy and I am 41, happily married with 4 kids, 3 girls (2 step) 24, 23, and 22 and an and 11 year old son.

I really really need to lose weight. I will be getting a lap band in July and am on my 6 months of doctor supervised weight loss now. I need to change my whole attitude on food!!

I currently live in Dallas/Ft worth area, I just moved here from Las Vegas! Hope to meet some people to talk about the process with!
