We are going to go to Chicago this weekend - I might get a chance to do a little shopping at TJ which is not in my city. Any good ideas for uber healthy fat losing friendly foods?

    they have a great dried fruit and nut selection.. I always find something there to munch on. :)

    Shop the perimeter of the store. Dried fruit is not on the menu.
