Hi there
So I have been doing the Zumba on the Wii for about the last week and LOVE IT!
But here's the question - is it normal to have soreness while doing Zumba in the calf muscle? I mean I understand why my butt and thighs are sore But I want sure I don't start getting charley horses in my calf muscles at night.
Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks

My calves get sore when I do Zumba too. All that dancing, it works all the way up and down the legs. I'm sure it will get better once you're doing it for a while longer, and I agree, water, water, water!0

My calves are sore after Zumba because I dance on my toes. Like if you were to be wearing high heels and doing the dances.
Stretch and drink water!0 -
I've been doing Zumba for almost two years. Sore calves are normal for me. I do drink plenty of water & I don't get Charley horses. Keep with it! It's tons of fun!0
