What is everyone's favorite song to workout to?

I always do this. I think of about a million songs I want to download on my iPod then when I actually go to, I forget all of them! Ugh. Need inspiration quick! I prefer up-beat, non-death metal. Thanks :)

none --- I like to concentrate on keeping my body relaxed, my breathing steady and my heart rate down. I was struggling with jogging until I got rid of the music --- it not only eliminated me trying to keep to the beat, but it also made me stop focusing on time - as I know a song is about 4 min.

More-RedOne Jimmy Joker Remix by Usher. Youtube it. PERFECT workout song-it's amazing how it seems to always come up on my shuffle when I'm dying on the elliptical and need that extra boost of motivation.

I Want my MTV - Dire Straits
Eye of the Tiger - Survivor
    Perfect Gentleman - Wyclef Jean
    Tik Tok - Kesha
Dance With Me soundtrack - about half the songs (latin)
Jumpin' Jumpin' - Destiny's Child (for warm up/warm down)

If you like happy, high energy music with a celtic/sea shanty flavor that makes you want to dance, there is a lot of fun stuff by Great Big Sea. :) Check out their Road Rage album or their Great Big DVD & CD for a good sampling.

Its a little hardcore ish I guess, or at least for some people but "Carrion" by Parkway Drive.. I have a live version where the lead dude is like "alright come on lets do this" in the beginning and it just gets me wanting to work harder haha

Most of the stuff on my ipod for my spin class is classic rock, but I also have some modern rock and a couple country songs. Though, I must say I think my favorite song is, "I feel so numb" by rob zombie.
