I have a suggestion for sugar cravings:
I have a weakness for sweet things late at night, and I have recently been eating fruit when I get these cravings instead of something worse. (An apple, dipped in a little cinnamon with sugar is VERY satisfying, and much healthier than the alternatives).0 -
TKS ! IM SO BAD THAT WHEN I EAT SALAD I USED TO PUT A LOT OF DRESSING( 1000 ISLAND ) CAUSE THE SWEET , THIS WILL SOUND WEIRDBUT I STARTED ADDING SPLENDA IN MY SALAD ...THAT CUT 70% OF THE DRESSING I USED TO USE , AND BELIEVED ME TASTE DELICIOUS!0
