Hi Everyone,

In the process of deciding to make a full commitment to losing weight I became quite sick of the processed ‘healthy’ foods and all processed foods in general.

This is when I decided to get creative. I wanted to make a commitment to eat healthy with foods that I cook from scratch. Knowing exactly what is going into your food and then in to your stomach is a huge advantage for us.

You can take any recipe from here, share your comments, and add recipes – just make sure you share it with everyone else if you like it!

  • I'll be sure to check it out! I'm a no-meat Athlete, and I'm always looking for new and tasty recipe options for my lifestyle! Looking forward to seeing how the site develops!

    Also, I've very excited to see you posting about using a crock pot! I have one as well, but I feel limited in what I can make in it, eventhough its definitely a time saver for my busy schedule.
