so i had to stop doing the Shred. At least until I get the OK from the dr to start it back up again. so I had to just do the wii fit today. i did the 10 minutes hula hoop. used to the very easiest level got me winded. but now im doing the 10 minute one and it doesnt seem to even phase me anymore! its boring. i dont feel winded, or my heart rate going up any. am i really burning any calories worth logging? it says im burning about 90. a lot of the wii fit activities are becoming "boring" and "easy" for me. im not even breaking a sweat! I feel guilty even logging the time.
i dont have a HRM so i have no REAL way of knowing but...

should i even log these?

and before its suggested that i switch activities, i had planned on it

Wii Fit got real easy real quick for me. There are other games that are much harder you could maybe get. I stopped doing the 30 Shread on my own because it was making me gain weight. Maybe go out side walk/jog/run? Maybe get a jump rope?

You said you don't have a HRM, but do you have a smart phone at all? I was able to download a free HRM application to my phone. I have found it to be really helpful in getting to my target heart rate

I also want to comment on the question about what you should log. My personal opinion is not to log anything that you don't feel for yourself it is a workout. If I get done planning on the kinnect with my son, I maybe burn 100 - 150 cals, but it would never occur to me to log that. I only log my dedicated workout time. Anything else I consider daily activities.
