Well Hello, im vew to this and hope that I can lose the weight this year, Im a mom to two girls 18 & 11, I hope that this site helps me as I have never tried anything like this before, my biggest problem is the food, how do I figure out the calories? Anyway's I have been working out at the gym off and on for 3mos now and have been doing Zumba for 2yrs now. I am very determined this year, I want to wear the cute sleeveless tops & I want to look good for my daughter's graduation this year! So I would love all the advice & help. Thank you.

    If you go to your food diary and search your foods they have the calories in them.....so far I have found it to be very helpful on calorie counting. I also google what i eat and make sure the calories are right. Hope this helps.
