    i live in morecambe (lancashire) in the uk. i've always struggeled with my weight but got down to 158 lbs fron 240 then my mum died and i got depression and went streight back up to 240 at one point was gaining a stone every month and a half. but going the right direction now. hope to keep it up.

    Welcome. I have a good friend that lost both her parents within a year and a half and the same thing happened to her. She isolated and food was her comfort. This is a good place for you to start. Instead of turning to food for comfort reach out and talk to someone on here for encouragement you may also be able to provide encouragement to someone that has experience the same thing.
