Sweet Potato Recipe- YUM

I made this with some dinner last week. Threw it in the oven, changed out of work clothes, finished up the pot roast, and cleaned up a bit and it just baked itself. So yummy and not so bad for a starch

I split it into 6 servings... about 200 calories each but I always run the recipe feature with the exact brand ingredients I used when counting to make sure I am right.

Its great with a lean protein and green salad :bigsmile:
