    Don't count calories. That's really the only way to do it. :smile:

    The other thing to do is, while disregarding calories, only eat half of the entree. Box up the rest and bring it home.

  • Stick to tomato based sauces instead of cream based and pick chicken dishes if you want something with a meat. Be sure to eat salad so that your stomach is partially full... good luck!

  • Have a bowl of the minestrone soup before the meal, and ask for the salad dressing on the side! It is the only thing that saves me from over splurging there! Everything is sooo good. Enjoy!

    the kids menu has a grilled chicken breast dish that comes with broc & a normal sized portion of pasta with red sauce--ask if you can get that--or something just like it. Tell em what you want!!!
