GOALS for today!

so i need to really keep my eyes on the prize! i have 6lbs to go and i seriously need to focus these next couple weeks!

my goals for the day:

walk at lunch time
drink at least 3 water bottles throughout the day at work
SPIN class after work
NO wine tonight
no eating after 8PM

what are your goals!!

    Goal for today is to get some exercise!

    Goal for the next few days is to somehow work in work outs while my sister and her two children are visiting! So excited but need to make sure I keep a good healthy balance and not go top heavy on the wine and cheese!

    Today I am eating more fat burning foods
    Green Tea to replace a coffee... Oats and fresh fruit for Breakfast
    Salad and sandwich for Lunch and a homemade Chicken noodle soup for supper
    Plus I will be doing a 60 min workout this evening!!
    Good Luck everyone .. Just take things one day at a time and you will succeed!!!
    Dont let one bad day ruin weeks/ months of hard work!!

    As a single mom I know how hard it is to workout..
    I started working out in the afternoons when my lil one was napping, than his naps changed and my workouts got interupted, So I decided 530am workouts before he got up! Till he decided to wake me up at 5am.. therefore I had too change again... Now I workout as soon as he goes to bed.. cause no matter what he will sleep a few hrs no problems.. Its all about finding the time you can commit with no interuptions!!
