Just got started on my journey a month ago but this is my first time here. I have a health issue that requires a great deal of attention. Recently my blood sugar has been elevated so I need to watch my carbs and I'm more determined than ever to keep it in check by exercise and proper diet. I know I will cheat every now and then but that's okay as long as I keep AC1 in check. I weighed in at 204 down to 199 as of today. Friday's are my designated weigh in days so stay tuned as I see what the scale tells me tomorrow :-) ......... God Bless!
