Hi All
I am four days into my my fitness plan and it has been something. I am enjoying the calorie counting on my fitness but I will say the checking for calories and typing everything is much.
Well wish me luck I am aiming for 10lbs a month until I reach 165lbs!!!

I thought that typing everything is was a lot too. I even stopped for a long time. But the more that I have committed and done the easier it has gotten because the system remembers your foods and then it becomes just a couple of clicks and your done. Good luck!0
