My son just bought me a really sugary ice lolly (he thought it was low sugar).
Instead of doing what I'd done many times before and devour it in minutes, I said "sorry I can't eat that, too sweet, would you mind putting it in the fridge for your father"

Either I've been taken over by aliens, or I'm finally learning new eating habits and giving my will power a good ole run for its money :happy: Personally, I think its the Alien take over :laugh:

I can't believe I did that, I actually declined it.
