Weight flunctuation

One week I am 204.0 and go up to 204.8 in little increments all week (sometimes up to 1.2 pounds) and then I lose 2 pounds in two days. I think my body is still trying to adjust and regulate because I noticed this happens on a regular basis. Does this happen to anyone else?

I'm fairly certain this happens to everyone. Maybe try weighing yourself once a week so you don't get caught up in the fluctuations.0

Weight fluctuates everyday. Though, I like my fluctuations. So I weigh myself everyday without regret or feelings of negativity. It's all neutral to me. I'm very objective when it comes to my weight.0

Hi weigh yourself at the same time every day, preferably after youve been to the loo in the morning...0

Most programs say it's best to weigh yourself once a week because there are numerous reasons why your weight will fluctuate. Also, seeing the weight fluctuate is incredibly bad for motivation! When you do weigh yourself, try to do it the same time and try to wear similar weight in clothes or nothing at all because clothes will change the weight too0

Not necessarily. It depends on how well you're able to handle those fluctuations.0
