Hey everyone. I'm John from Surrey in England. I've been using the iPhone app to help me mind my calorie intake for coming up a month now. It really works for me, as it suits my way of thinking. I'd put on a little weight in my 30s as we all can, so finally decided to do something about it. I'm 5'11", and started at 202lb and I'm aiming to try and lose around 2lb a week... to my surprise the 1300 or so calories the system calculated for me has resulted in much more than 2lb per week - more like 4lb a week! My 170lb target doesn't seem far away already, and I'm only just starting out....
Now I'm not complaining, maybe I'm naturally a lot more active at work than I thought, but I do wonder if I should actually increase my intake a little? What do we all think?
