Hello out there!

New as of 2/14, loving MFP. My company is doing a "Biggest Loser" competition and this ap/site is really helping me stay honest. I'm aiming for 40 pounds in 12 weeks, anyone have a similar amount to lose? My new favorite to-go food is single serving lowfat cottage cheese, when did they start that? Lean Cuisine Spa entrees are helping as well, I'm imagining all that fiber soaking up my yucky fat and escorting it out of my body. Anyone have some new yummy lowfat food secrets to share???

Hello, I am new here. Just signed on today. Have been using different apps on my Droid X, but thought I would give this one a try. I have at least 44 pounds to lose. I would like to do it by the end of the year, so I am not in a huge hurry. I have trouble losing weight because of my medical history. But I will not give up.
Where did you find the single serving cottage cheese? I love cottage cheese.

My company is doing a weight-loss challenge as well. Its 12 weeks and we are in week 5 now- i am behind in my goal right now. I was aiming for a total of 20 pounds. I have lost 5 pounds but am having a hard time keeping it off. i keep regaining and losing. . uuuggghhh!! but since tracking my diet and exercise I can tell a difference and I have renewed commitment!!

YOU CAN DO IT--WE ALL CAN!!! stay focused
O and I love cracker barrel's cheese sticks as a quick snack, celery sticks with peanut butter, and walnuts with my yogurt!!

Thank you! Good suggestions for snacks :) You still have many weeks to hit your goal so GO FOR IT! I lost 6 pounds my first week, I was really surprised, I think it was giving up the wine at night (sad)

Keep me posted...My next weigh in is Monday, when is yours?

Hi! I found the cottage cheese at our Pick N Save, It is Kemps brand, 6 oz is 130 calories and 19 grams of protein! FYI-I just dug it out of my garbage at work. Share a good tip if you have one :) Don't give up, we grrrrls need to stick together, keep me posted.
